The Verdict
A wholesome, faith-leaning family comedy with no identity-politics content. Its only mild messaging is a Biblical/environmental moral about kindness and stewardship, which is folded into the story rather than preached aggressively. Effectively clean on every woke axis.
What the AI Flagged
Category explanations and examples behind the assessment. Internal category scores and the exact calculation are private; external sources appear below when available.
Identity Swaps
Original characters in a contemporary comedy; no established characters swapped.
Girlboss & Male Demotion
Evan's wife is sensible and the bumbling male lead learns lessons, but this is standard comedy growth, not a male-demotion message.
- Joan initially doubts Evan but is supportive
- Evan is comically incompetent at first
LGBTQ+ / Trans / Non-Binary Content
No LGBTQ+ content present.
DEI Casting
Cast is diverse in a way that fits a modern American setting; Morgan Freeman as God is a casting choice, not a lore violation.
- Morgan Freeman as God
- Diverse supporting cast
Preachiness
Faith-based family film with an explicit moral about kindness ('Acts of Random Kindness') and environmental/Biblical themes folded into the story.
- God's ARK = Acts of Random Kindness lesson
- Themes of obedience and faith
- Flood caused by greedy development
Anti-Masculinity / Anti-West
No anti-masculinity or anti-West framing; a corrupt politician is the villain for greed, not identity reasons.
- Congressman antagonist driven by greed/corruption
Source Betrayal
A sequel/spinoff to Bruce Almighty loosely inspired by the Noah story; no agenda-driven rewrite of source characters.
