The Verdict
Cars 2 is a kid-friendly spy-comedy spinoff with essentially zero identity messaging. Its only ideological wrinkle is a mild big-oil-versus-alternative-fuel villain plot, but it stays subordinate to the slapstick espionage story. Clean across the board.
